Job Responsibilities

 

  • To provide person / material / plan coordination in the affiliated departments,
  • To make reportings related to the department,
  • To cooperate with the relevant departments for the follow-up of leave, report, overtime, clothing, performance, salary issues of the personnel working under him/her, to handle their professional development on technical and administrative issues, to train them for this purpose and have them receive training,
  • To ensure that the work orders coming from the planning are produced completely,
  • To ensure the achievement of daily production targets,
  • To be able to respond to revisions coming from planning without disrupting production,
  • To maintain communication with the relevant units in order to continue production,
  • To planning, coordinate and implement process improvement and lean manufacturing activities,
  • To ensure the continuity of quality management systems, to carry out the necessary planning and studies, to provide and supervise the necessary trainings,
  • To participate in the improvement and development of existing working  standards by using appropriate techniques,
  • To write procedures and instructions related to his/her own process,
  • To supervise the production,
  • To prepare reports about daily production and to present to the factory manager,
  • To report the targets related to the department to the direct manager, to reach the planned production targets,
  • To be able to produce alternative solutions by analyzing the problems related to the products in his/her own process, to carry out process improvement activities by forecasting possible problems, to determine the innovations and changes that can be made and inform about them and present them to the superiors' decision,
  • To carry out studies to increase the capacity in the lines and all other sections feeding the lines and to establish the necessary systems for this according to the demands of the top management,
  • To plan the revision of defective products,
  • To participate in the process of making in-plant counts,
  • To inspect and control whether the maintenance of machinery and materials in his/her department is carried out in accordance with the annual maintenance plan,

Qualifications

Are you?
Required:

  • Education level required  BS or MS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent programs,
  • Years and area of experience required At least 5 years experience in similar positions,
  • Technical knowledge of electrical especially Switchgear service,
  • Familiar with ERP programs, analysis and reporting knowledge,
  • Soft skills Strong organizational, communication and time management skills,
  • Planning and organization, problem solving, communication, ability of persuasion, working for details, analytical thinking, being able to work as a team, management skills, production management,
  • Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix based, organisation,
  • Advanced level knowledge of office programs,
  • Advanced English level,
