We are looking forward to Lead Sales Rep. in Eaton, based in Shanghai or Beijing.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Leverage collected semiconductor segment information (from upstream to downstream, total lifecycle incl. chip builder, packaging, LCD panel, etc.) to identify opportunities and to increase Eaton’s market window to this segment, ensuring Eaton’s early involvement/influence in the purchase cycle.

  • Drive Eaton UPS sales penetration in this segment by leading the segment initiative and working closely with the sales organization on assigned semi-conductor key accounts

  • Build up strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders along the customer’s purchase journey, incl. but not limited to end customers, Industry relevant design institute & general contractors / EPC

  • Set up the channel strategy for semiconductor segment including reviewing the current channel and develop new channel


If you are:
  • More than 10 years’ experience of power equipment selling in semiconductor industry

  • Proven semiconductor accounts relationship/network is a strong plus.

  • Leadership and management skills
  • Track record of successful business development experience

  • Team work spirit and strong sales capabilities and commercial acumen

  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Good written and verbal Chinese, English is a plus.
