Eaton’s AER FED division is currently seeking a Finance Lead Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Nogales facility.
The Finance Lead Analyst is responsible for This position serves as the Financial Analyst for the Nogales site within the Aerospace Group's Fluid & Electrical Distribution Division. This position is responsible for performed all accounting functions, financial reporting, and analysis for the Nogales ledger and supports the accounting and reporting requirements for the plant ledger.
This includes performing month end closing and forecasting requirements, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and helping on profit planning activities. This position also provides accurate, timely advice and guidance to the Nogales management team including departmental budget analysis, inventory reporting, and cost analysis. The Sr. Financial Analyst requires a high level of problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across functional lines.
Assure that the cost of product manufacturer will be according standard cost established according Eaton policies, through analysis of BOM´s, implementing controls and assuring the profitability of the Company.
Perform analysis of production variances such as PPV, MUV and expense analysis on a monthly basis, be finance guidance of the internal customers to have an accurate cost of product.

Some activities related with the position will be:
- Run and Review daily Sales report & Margin
- Monitor daily Std. Hrs. (send out flash report)
Monitor and analyze daily productivity and manufacturing budget variances
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
Perform month-end journal entries and analysis and SOX requirements
- Preparing monthly forecast
Assist in preparation of annual profit plan and department budgets
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements responsible for setting up, maintenance and closure of all capital acquisition (CIP) including reconciliation, documentation, and follow-up of open projects
Measuring, analyzing and explaining all manufacturing budget variances
Maintaining accurate standard and current cost system
Conducting physical inventory per Eaton Financial Policy
- Run cost roll of manufacturer product

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in CPA, Business Administration, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting.
Experience on manufacturing processes, inventory control, production variance and PPV analysis and control, SAP System
- Bilingual, team work, ethical, accountable
