This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Responsible for the management of daily executive service support in Shanghai to provide timely service response, service quality & professionals and process effectiveness.

  • Leading team to improve customer service experience & customer satisfaction.

  • Leading team to support achieving regional sales PP.
  • Responsible for the improvement of team's technical skills, reporting skills and other competencies.

  • Responsible for advocating team's culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related major.

  • 3-5 years of management experience in filed service UPS & corrective maintenance.

  • Good experience in Electrical system, LVSB or UPS System.
  • Good communication skills
