This exciting role offers opportunity to:
  1. Build go-to market strategy in China. Lead the team to push and pull the strategy execution in different territories. Work with sales together to achieve sales profit plan
  2. Lead the segment and channel development, spec in, build and maintain the relationship; work with channel team to expand the territory coverage and channel strategy execution
  3. Create standardized pipeline management process and enable the alignment with product, segment and business strategy
  4. Build license panel builder development program and provide training, technical support for license panel builder
  5. Build up channel network across the country, develop project partners, integrate partner’s strength together with Eaton’s sales team to maintenance customers
  6. Implement Eaton programs in developing sales plan and product forecasts to maximize business opportunities and sales growth
  7. Analysis channel performances, focused segments as well as Eaton’s product portfolios in diff. segments, work with product line, R&D on segment focused products and solutions.


Qualifications

Requirement:
  1. Bachelor degree in Business or marketing
  2. 10 years overall professional experience
  3. Familiar with electrical business market, business model
  4. Professional and full of passion to lead the strategy building and execution."
  5. Fluent English communication and present skill.
  6. Result driven and problem solving ability
  7. Customer focused
  8. Market/Sales acumen
