  • Participates in the analysis and composition of Controls requirements with Global team and peers.

  • Designs, develops and maintains Control modules for Power Conversion & Power Distribution.

  • Collaborates with global team to understand, document and clarify the technical requirements.

  • Works closely with Software team members for Production Software development/integration.

  • Performs software validation in MILS, HILS environment

  • Prepares test plan and validating the Controls on HILS environment

  • Works with Global teams to validate Production Level Controls on Vehicle.

  • Provides task estimates for the feature portion of a project development plan

  • Provides guidance and helps controls engineers from the team.

  • Provides new ideas and concepts to the product design and development process


  • Master’s Degree in Power Electronics/Control Systems and 

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Power Electronics product design and controls development.

  • Technical lead eMobility Controls Team.

  • Understanding of Power electronics Hardware and motor controls algorithm.

  • Design, modelling, simulation and implementation of power electronics including analog and digital electronics for power conversion  and power distribution technologies

  • Understanding of Functional Safety Concepts

  • Experience in low and medium voltage power conversion ,digital control loop for OBC and DC-DC converters .

  • Expertise in Converters, motor drive technologies, high power electronics, electric machines and controls.

  • Experience in designing and modelling power converters and power systems using simulation tool like MATLAB/Simulink, PSPICE

  • Knowledge of CAN Communication.

  • DSP programming

  • Development of control architecture , algorithm and requirement for high power energy conversion .
