This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Identifying training needs to get desired people development results.
Arrange production planning group to review customer order with cross function team, and plan production.
- Accomplish annual training plan based on training needs.
- Develop the team of internal trainer.
- Design training contents & Deliver courses
Analysis the training result and improve training delivery.
Develop the channel to accept complaint & suggestion from workers, organize communication meeting with employees.
Accomplish annual employee relationship plan base on company’s goal.
Implement all employee relationship actives base on the annual plan.
Finalizes and complete the annual employee satisfaction survey. And follow up satisfaction survey improvement issues
- Assigns other tasks from direct supervisor
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5+ years of Training, employee relationship or Human resource management related experience in foreign companies. fluent English and had certificate of trainer is preferred.
- Be familiar with HRP system.
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong influence, coaching and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational ability.
- Good at computer skill with office soft, special at Power-point
