Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking Pack Center Assemblers on 2nd Shift. This position is based at our Charlotte, NC facility.
The Pack Center Assembler will pack various products and sometimes work on machinery which is part of the packaging process. You will be required to meet production standards that are attached to each job.

In this function you will:
- Packing and visual inspection of a variety of parts and products
- Place materials in standard boxes, cartons or other containers for shipment or storage
- Fold, stack, lift and arrange articles in cartons are container to prevent breakage or damage. Closes and marks packages
- Attach labels and insert instruction sheets as needed and then placing carton on shipping pallets
- Operate machinery to aid in the packing process

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Charlotte, NC will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
