Customer Service

Job Description

Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking a Customer Service to join our team. This position is based in Vallejo

The Customer Service support internal and external customers for entry, tracking and orders delivery, stocks, shipments, back order and back log, as well as administration of returns and credit notes.

The Customer Service will be also responsible of:

  • Order entry (14 thousand lines per month average)

  • Sending back order & Orders & Incidents binnacle daily

  • Back order follow-up with special attention to >45 days, as well as follow up of Schedule orders.

  • Tracking and sending of delivery times and closure of incidents in the share of get paid

  • Follow-up and closure of incidents with returns evaluation.

  • To load RMA´s, create credit notes and charge notes, monthly incidents review and close devolution with weekly

  • CEDIS visit

  • Telephone an e-mail assistance with customers and sell clerks of stocks and orders status

  • Direct selling quotes

  • Tracking and unblocking customers

  • QN´s loads in SAP

  • Coordination with the warehouse to supply Central America orders

  • Review validity of Price authorization

  • To load new customers Sku´s in SAP

  • Schedule customer appointments and manage that dates to avoid missing lines in out OTTR

Qualifications

Experience:  2 years in similar position

 

English skills desirable


SAP desirable or any ERP

 

Windows Office ( Excel intermediate)
