Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Customer Master Data Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro´s Office.

The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for Maintain full updates into CRM system (SAP) as well as any customer request related with new customers, sold-to settings, ship-to settings, lead times, obsolete parts and some invoicing activities. RMA creation and follow up of wrong shipments.

Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Review contract updates

  • Attend mail box for customer request related with modified accounts and sold-to/ship-to adjustments

  • Review and release invoicing activities for preventive maintenance

  • Update projects individual projects assigned by Functional Manager

  • Create and close tickets for requests related with modified accounts through C3 tool

  • Follow up for service request in regards of new accounts to be set up

  • Able/Unable accounts into CRM (SAP)
  • Assure to block obsolete parts reported
  • Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution

  • Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow

  • Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests

  • Correct assignment for other Divisions request
  • Portal webs maintenance
  • Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

  • RMA follow up

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree necessary.

  • Minimum 1-year customer interaction/support experience

  • Knowledge of CRM software and SAP

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle (if better)

  • Ability to speak, read, listen and write in English
