Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift: 3pm- 11:30 pm)

Eaton in Lincoln, IL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to work an off shift.

The maintenance mechanic is responsible for planning, laying out, installing, repairing and maintaining through preventive maintenance practices, all electrical and mechanical components of plant machines and equipment.

Basic (Required) Qualifications: 
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Lincoln, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Continuing education in maintenance and electrical training in a manufacturing setting
  • Punch Press experience
  • Extensive electrical maintenance experience
  • Welding experience
  • CMMS experience (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Preventative Maintenance experience
  • Experience working in a lean environment
