Sales Engineer, Kharkov and Sumy region

Job Description

  • Fulfils individual sales target on all product groups and generates sales revenue as per the yearly agreed target;
  • Builds and sustains productive business relations with partners and strategic end-users in the Kharkov and Sumy regions;
  • Visits customers every day, executes all phases of the selling process to ensure effective and timely customer needs and response.
  • Creates and delivers sales presentations to deliver customer value proposition of our products offerings;
  • Prepares, presents and sustains sales proposals based on customer requirement;
  • Negotiates deals and promotes Eaton products to industrial projects;
  • Covers all market segments in the regions;
  • Investigates new opportunities and expands Eaton representation in the Kharkov and Sumy markets with the objective of optimizing volume, mix, and profitability.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
  • Knowledge and sales experience in electrical market of Ukraine;
  • Knows Eaton brand and product, participated in Eaton trainings;
  • Knowledge of the biggest electrical distributors and system integrators in the region;
  • Excellent negotiator; possesses good organization and communication skills;
  • Independent contributor, Team worker;
  • Driving license, B
