Eaton’s Power System division is currently seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro facility.

In this role you will:
  • Support in the process of budget and forecast

  • Review and prepare weekly month end close to prevent financial impacts

  • Encore rolling forecast data loading

  • Manufacturing expenses control, admin expenses control and fixed expenses control and implement budget by areas project

  • Support in external and internal audits

  • Assist accounting manager in observing and implementing internal controls in plant, in the development and maintenance of internal procedures aligned to corporate and divisional polices

  • Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness

  • Coordinate and consolidate financial budgets, forecast and Profit Plan activities

  • Prepare and review account reconciliations

Required Qualifications:

•             Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related financial field

•             Candidate should possess superior ability to validate, report and present financial information in a clear way to show the main drivers and variances that affect the financial result in daily, weekly monthly and annual bases

•             Fluent in English-Spanish

•             Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel audit formulas)

•             Minimum of three years work experience combined with a technical, specialized knowledge of financial analysis, general accounting that enables the incumbent to solve daily and high exposure problems      

•             Balance Account Reconciliation
•             Knowledge of SAP transactions

•             Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.

•             Root cause analysis
