Eaton’s Power Systems division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Guadalajara facility.

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the acquisition or merchandise to accomplish with the delivery on time with our internal and external customers assuring that the material meets with the quality specification given by engineering and to get the best prices and lead-time in the market. Coordinate inter-company purchases and follow up for schedule shipments and deliveries to our warehouse. Give support to GTM area when it's requested with the paper-work as NAFTA, packing list and invoice of the products purchased via intercompany, in order to GTM starts with the import process.

Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Follow-up on open purchase orders of goods in order to meet the delivery time stablished.

  • Give maintenance support in SAP for open POs - partials, expedites, delays, pricing, past due, tracking shipments.

  • Maintain Vendor Reports.
  • Maintain Purchasing Information Records PIR's- Pricing, Price Breaks, contact information.

  • Maintain updated GR/IR report.
  • Collaborate to achieve metrics and goals related with Supply Chain metrics.

  • Generate the PGI delivery process in SAP according to the OTP metric.

  • Analyze and support to update PYR’s process.
  • Analyze demand the safety stock and place purchase orders to intercompany for LIPE and TRs products.

  • Coordinate with Marketing area and place the request to CFE/LAPEM about the TRs and LIPE products for its inspection.

  • Microsoft Office Package
  • Inventories Control
  • Knowledge in Accounting
  • 80% skills English language
  • 3 years’ Experience in Purchasing or Distribution process

  • Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
