As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a strong financial control environment within a multiple ledger business, while providing timely and accurate financial information to key business stakeholders.

You will work with our world class Finance Teams in our different sites and will engage with Finance Director EMEAI.

 

 

Your key deliverables:

 

  • Collaborate and support plant controllers to deliver best in class processes in a changing and challenging environment. This will require working with various data sources from SAP, HFM, CRM, Encore and excel to assist the budgeting, planning and decision-making process

  • Work proactively with senior team and stakeholders to highlight and evaluate potential opportunities for business / process improvements on a continual basis

  • Support the finance team to deliver results / reports in timely and accurate manner with a drive to create efficiencies while checking the completeness and correctness of the required inputs for these reports

  • Drive analysis, control and reporting of Orders, Revenue and Backlog

  • Collecting, Compiling and analysing results from global EMEAI companies. Develop deep, insightful analytics that provide explanation on variances & deliver measurable improvements on the business

  • Proactively lead month end close financial reporting for the Division

  • Develop customer /product profitability reporting (by standard margin & overall profitability)

  • Interact with key stakeholders to demonstrate business performances are clearly understood and variances can be explained in detail

  • Build and proactively manage strong relationships with business finance leads to assist development & continual improvement

  • Involved in providing accurate numbers for monthly rolling forecasts and annual profit plan

  • Ensure successful implementation of improved financial management reporting systems and processes to support the business

  • Responsible for financial modelling and analysis as and when requested by key stakeholders

  • Lead the budget planning processes for the EMEAI business, ensuring adherence to reporting requirements

  • Oversee data entry into SAP/ Encore for Preliminary Monthly Results, Monthly Rolling Forecasts, and Annual Profit Plan

  • Complete Month End Close routines for EMEAI (consolidation of multiple, multicurrency entities)

  • Provide full support to the EMEAI Finance Director dealing with the ever-changing needs of the business

Qualifications

Do you have?

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance

  • Strong capability and knowledge of working with SAP, HFM, and Encore

  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail with a pragmatic approach; ability to see the wider financial impact without getting stuck in detailed

  • Excellent ability to persuade and positively influence others at all levels within the organization

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with an inquisitive and detailed approach to finance

  • Individual with energy and passion for driving efficiency and demonstrates a strong organizational skill set with a great work ethic

  • Comfortable with dynamic environment

     

Desired:

  • ACCA or CIMA certification
