As a Sales Manager, IT Infrastructure Cluster, you will be driving the top line revenue growth for IT infrastructure projects and improving customer engagement through the creation of unique value proposition and competitive product and service advantage. You will develop and execute the strategic plan for the high potential business segments (Data Centers, Commercial/Industrial buildings and other IT infrastructure projects). Your responsibilities will also include identifying market opportunities and developing marketing strategies and programs to drive the revenue growth.
The position will be located in Moscow, Russia and report to the Country Sales Manager, Russia and Kazakhstan.
Your key deliverables:
Define and implement the sales strategy in the IT infrastructure market of Russia and Kazakhstan
Direct/Manage the sales activities at the assigned cluster to meet budget targets
Provide leadership to the team of sales representatives
Act as role model for Eaton ethical standards of conduct
Identify market opportunities, develop internal capabilities and value proposition to drive the revenue growth
Execute customer analysis, prioritization and implement an effective key account management focusing on big system integrators, consultants and investors’ playing on the IT infrastructure market Continuously develop customers’ portfolio and projects pipeline by further penetrating with innovative solutions and services to achieve the sales target
Ensure implementation of specific activities (marketing, partnership programs, customers relationship management etc.) for focused group of customers in collaboration with the local and corporate team
Provide timely follow-up and cost management associated with the focused market segments
Identify market and competitive trends that are impacting focused segments and those that are seen as opportunities for new business
Ensure standard and ad hoc reports are delivered on time according Eaton standards and policies
Develop a process to gather and communicate appropriate competitive intelligence to drive strategy development and educate the field on marketplace dynamics
Do you have?
Bachelor’s degree, IT related
Strong sales experience
Project Management Experience
Ability to identify and convert projects opportunities in sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must; formal presentation skills a definite plus
Ability to accomplish results in a cross-functional team environment, exhibiting formal and informal leadership skills and a strong goal/results orientation.
Co-operation skills (customers and own personnel), teamwork, goodwill
Ability to withstand pressure
Advanced computer skills
Fluent written and spoken English, good grammar skills in Russian
Current legal authorization to work in the Russian Federation is a must have
