Sales Engineer  
Location:  Vysočina - Czech Republic  
In 1911, inventor Viggo V. Torbensen and entrepreneur J. O. Eaton came together to form Torbensen Gear and Axle, starting a path that would lead to the creation of Eaton Corporation, a global leader in power management solutions.
Eaton has entered the manufacturing market in the Czech Republic in 1993.
In 2012 has been opened rapidly growing Eaton European Innovation Center (EEIC)  in Prague.
Job Description:
Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving sales goals in segment of manufacturer of machinery and equipment. With a focus on technical solutions in the field of automation and drives. It will look for opportunities with MaR customers. He will propose solutions and work closely with Application Engineer.
  • Take care of customers from companies dealing with production of machines and technologies with potential in the field of automation in the region of Moravia
  • Presentation of new products to the customers
  • Search for new customers in automation and drives
  • Contract management
  • Regular reporting
  • Automation solution proposal for machine manufacturers


  • Minimum electro High school degree / or Bachelors or Master degree of Electro technical University
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering (drives and industry automation very much appreciated)
  • Experience at similar position in sales/product management welcome
  • Very high customer orientation, ability to obtain extensive knowledge of the local market with its customers and competitor structure, marketing strategies and product launches
  • Business, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak
  • Driving license B
Those skills are nice to have:
  • Knowledge of programming in Codesys
  • Knowledge of design of control systems in the field of machines and technologies
