Quality System Coordinator

Job Description

Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a Quality System Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.

The Quality System Coordinator is responsible in this role for coordinate and manage all the activities related with our Quality System. You will be assuring to meet all requirements of it, including: ISO/TS 16949 (IATF16949), Plant Quality System and all customer requirements.

  • You will implement, deploy and evaluate execution level and efficiency of all requirements and updates of Quality System elements.

  • You will define and execute revision of the agenda of specific customer requirements with the people involved.

  • You will develop systematic analysis matrixes of all findings and corrective actions.

  • You will lead all internal and external audit events, and follow up all corrective actions until completion

  • Coordinate and lead 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits, Follow up CAPA for findings.

  • You will incorporate any requirement of the Industry to the management system of the plant. Example: AIAG.

  • You will deploy Quality policies and objectives according the context and strategic direction of the plant. Communicate the relevance of our Quality System and promote continuous improvement.

  • Select, evaluate and lead the internal auditor team assuring the cross functional experience according with plan needs.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in Automotive Industries.
  • English 90%.  Written & verbal Skills
  • Automotive Customer Specific Requirements (IATF, BIQS, Q1, VDA)
  • Core tools
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor as a plus).
