Reporting to Team Leaders and Manufacturing Team Manager the role is multi-functional and so may responsible for all forms of plating, masking, heat treatment and painting of parts within MFD. This role will be for early shift. Must be co-operative and flexible as you may be required to work in any of the MFD work centers.
Your key deliverables:
Produce work within cost.
Drives and sustains an attitude to continuous improvement as defined by Eaton standards.
Maintain a safe working environment and adopts a 5S approach to working.
Initiate cost saving and new ideas.
To be co-operative and flexible.
Must adhere to all Eaton EHS, Quality and training requirements.
To work within a team.
To interpret engineering drawings and applicable aerospace plating specifications.
Possessing any experience in chemical plating or processes.
Knowledgeable in problem solving and root cause analysis.
Possessing a qualification in plating- this would be an advantage.
Computer literate in MS office
Possessing in any relevant health and safety qualifications- this would be an advantage.
