PQ Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each selected Partners
  • Walk the market to understand the ongoing projects and bring the projects leads to the partners
  • Work with the partners to understand their involvement and strength in the market by doing project close sure together  
  • Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase market-share and profitability of products and services
  • Ensure the execution of Channel Programs and the competencies requirements for channel partners are met
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Diploma /Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years of related sales experience
  • Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
