This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Data Accuracy and compliance with statutory regulation is must. Planning the activities, define the responsibility and the timelines and ensure the activities are completed before / in time.
Collaboration with the Plant / Business finance team to get the required information in time and completeness. Consolidation of reports from various ledgers of the Company and preparing the financials in the required formats under Companies Act, along with the necessary disclosures.
Work closely with the Corporate Controller on Audit Status and findings.
Responsible for tracking and keeping up to date changes in the accounting policies, regulatory or statutory requirements. (Initial notification, confirmation and site notification) and supporting to accomplishing the local statutory requirements compliant
Be part of the team as part of India Compliance CoE and ensure timely compliances of assigned responsibilities. Support improvements in process standardization and governance of local statutory compliance referred in primary function above.
Chartered Account with 3 years’ experience in mid-size audit firm
· Manufacturing and software Company audit industry experience
· Honor commitments towards deliverables on dates agreed
· Good Team player and supportive in nature towards other team member
· Excellent Communications skills
· Good Interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated person with an outgoing personality to woo customers
· Good with MS Excel, MS word
· Knowledge of accounting, auditing and preparation of complete set of financial statements is must
· Good Analytical & Problem solving skills apart from an understanding of business accounting
· Basic knowledge to Oracle / SAP
