  • Manage all AR/Credit/Collection related issue of one or two major BU in order to maximize collection and minimize bad debt, provide service as well as maintain good relationship with internal/external customers.

  • Analyze new/existed customer financials and provide credit risk report of the customers’ financial status for proper risk evaluation and credit limits / credit terms set up, ensure the credit data are well maintained and reviewed

  • Responsible for delivery control function, review and release of orders on credit block and timely follow/resolve all corresponding issues

  • Manage customer aging to ensure pending cases following /resolution effectively and due AR collection timely, also manage credit exposure to assigned accounts base to minimize bad debt

  • Conducted with high quality of AR monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and reporting activities

  • Ensure credit operation align with company’s policy and SOX compliance initiative

  • Performs business of sales, margin and COGS responsibility and Fulfil customer service responsibility and align goals of the Shared Service Centre

  • Follow the proper arrangement and accomplish other tasks assigned by manager and controller


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years working experience in AR/credit/collection function in multinational company with workable English skills

  • Strong accounting/credit analysis ability and good problem-solving skills by good understanding on the business and critical thinking

  • Good analytical and communication skills as well as related software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience on ERP tools, preferred on SAP/Oracle

  • Be diligent and ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation

  • Can work under pressure and keep up with strict timeline
