The hardware manger will lead hardware team and manage hardware resource for NPD ( new product development) projects, and also lead EMC and PCB layout team for both NPD projects and existing product lines.
Lead Hardware Team and allocate resource for NPD ( new product development) project. Lead team member to resolve key technical & manufacture issues, ensure no quality issues after product released.
Lead EMC team, allocate resource for NPD Project and existing product EMC performance improvement and official certification.
Lead PCB Layout team, allocate resource for NPD Project and existing product PCB layout work.
Globally team work with RPO America & HPO Finland team for NPD and sustain work.
Technically support VAVE and Product sustain work and field issues.
Team performance evaluation annually, review team work weekly.
Team capability building, including training for junior engineer, development plan for team members, culture enhancement including Eaton Leadership and DFSS (design for six sigma), and turn over rate reduction.
Bachelor degree is required; Master is preferred. Majored in Electrical Engineering, or Electronic engineering.
7 years of experience of power supply design is required, 3 years of R&D managing experience or product line / projects managing experience is required.
Good technical skills of power supply (UPS, Inverter, or Telecom power supply) design, including hardware design, EMC design and test, PCB layout.
Good English reading and writing skills is required. Oral communication skill is also required. Global team work leading experience is preferred.
