This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Responsible for the invoice & payment processing, and reconciling AP sub-ledgers and GL account to ensure month-end closing smoothly.
Prepare monthly reconciliation for B/S accounts and take action.
Quickly response in supplier and internal customer's requests and coordinate with SCM to clear long aging prepayment, GRNI, AP etc.
Management disputed invoices on hold and follow up issue resolution
Fully be aware of the account booking with accuracy & on-time, make sure follow up standard operation process and regularly proceed process check.
Work closely with other team on any operational issues.
Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually.
Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
Above 3 years accounting experience, at least 1-year AP processing experience
Proficient in MS office and accounting software
Prefer to have project management or process transition experience
Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
