As Commercial and Industrial Projects Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing all sales activities in Commercial & Industrial Segment in Turkey by providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions.
Reporting to Country Manager, you will ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in the defined segment whilst applying Eaton standard work practices as defined by Eaton Business System.

Your key deliverables:

  • Develop the sales and product strategies for Commercial & Industrial segment for Eaton solutions
  • Achieve the sales targets for the related vertical
  • Coordinate customers (Panel Builders, EPC, Installers, contractors, investors, end users) and consultants concerning specification requirements, as well as issues of performance and lead-times
  • Gather new strategic customers and consultants, and build strong relationship with them
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities together with marketing team
  • Co-operate with Marketing, Product Engineering and the Customer for the realization of complex projects;
  • Perform in budget planning
  • Prepare periodic sales activity and strategy reports for senior management
  • Analyze and develop possibilities for future business growth regarding the related segment
  • Maintains proper and up-to-date use of CRM tools to track customer opportunities, activities and weekly plan
  • Captures synergy opportunities within Eaton and reporting them in the relevant tools



Are you?

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in engineering;
  • Vast experience in managerial level sales roles in project business;
  • Ability to interpret common technical catalogues, technical solutions in projects business (Low Voltage Electrical Solutions, Commercial Projects, Industrial Projects, Medium Voltage electrical solutions)
  • Experience in working with end users, investors, designers and electrical contractors directly
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth as a Sales Person
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or customer complaints, regulatory authorities, or members of the business community
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong presentation skills
  • Strategic agility and perspective
  • Managerial courage and getting work done through others with a high customer focus
  • Analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with customers and peers with high team-spirit
  • Ability to take quick, decisive action and minimizing potential problems with willingness for continuous improvement
