Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Performs the month end close processes including journal entries, actuals tracking and reporting, as well as monthly forecasting
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations (Intercompany validations, asset capitalizations, standard accruals)
  • Compiles project actuals and forecast reporting.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results; including variance analysis and commentary
  • Coordinate with Purchasing function to aid in procurement.
  • Assist in annual Profit Planning process.
  • Supports help desk with general inquiries, ad-hoc analysis, project and reporting system maintenance.

Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressively increasing accounting / technical experience and U.S. GAAP
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to deep dive, research and conclude  
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems such as: Oracle GL/AP/PA/FA, SAP, ENCORE/RADAR, OBIEE Reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
