Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division is currently seeking a District Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Boothwyn, PA location.

 Position Overview:

In this function you will:
  • Schedule and organize field service manpower for all customer jobs within the district

  • Acknowledge all purchase orders, obtain proper insurance certificates and assure that terms and conditions are presented to customer. 

  • Reconcile all purchase orders with the in-house negotiations to assure matching between promises and expectations. 

  • Open orders on system to gather, track and reconcile costs associated with jobs. 

  • Issue purchase orders via Oracle Purchasing System. 

  • Maintain test equipment and arrange for calibration of equipment. 

  • Accurately reconcile and invoice orders via Oracle Project Costing system. 

  • Complete various office administration responsibilities as required.

  • Monitor overtime of the productive workforce and reconcile the overtime with the signed time slips from the customer or from the job cost inventory system.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in military training

  • 2+ years’ experience with systems-based cost accounting and general business experience/background (ex: logistics, supply chain, electrical contractor, scheduling, etc.)

  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Boothwyn, PA to be considered.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, management, finance or accounting

  • Three to five years experience with cost accounting and general business experience/background (ex: logistics, supply chain, electrical contractor, scheduling, etc.)

  • Knowledge of power distribution, control products, as well as field service practices and procedures, employee relations and quality programs.
