The principle role of the Supply Chain Coordinator for the Product Line Enclosures is managing the supply according to the demand for raw-, semi-finished- and finished products along the end-to-end supply chain in the most efficient way, means ensure customer satisfaction while producing cost efficient.
The position will be responsible for leading supply chain processes: supply- and inventory planning.
Furthermore, the role is functional responsible for Order Processing, Assortment, Materials Planning and Production Planning.
 
The position will have responsibility of a complex product line Network including five Manufacturing sites within PDD and three main Distribution Center in EMEA.
 
 
Your key deliverables:
 
  • To coordinate the process of Supply- and Inventory planning of the whole end to end supply chain
  • To oversee supply planning of raw material, semi-finished products and finished goods and manage and coordinate supply shortfalls and availability issues by applying risk management to mitigate risks upfront
  • To be the interface between the demand processes and the Product Lines (Marketing and Product Directors, Market Development Directors and Product Management)
  • To set, manage, monitor and control all KPI´s (Inventory and Delivery KPI’s)
  • To design, develop and improve supply chain strategies within a product line / division together with product line management and operations
  • To monitor, manage and improve order, invoice and material flow within a product line / division in alignment with product line / division and respective warehouse and/or manufacturing sites
  • To drive and improve LEAN principles across the supply chain and support all related projects and changes within a product line / division

Qualifications

Our main requirements:
 
The position requires very strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
It is important to be able to manage and coordinate different supply chain members in the operations and Supply chain which is not directly linked to them.
 
  • Strong expertise in production supply chain, production/material planning and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to lead a regional cross-functional team in the development and implementation of initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability in the area of strategic process creation and implementation where project management skills are desirable
  • Must have strong motivation and mentoring skills to develop teams
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with the group of stakeholders including sales, operations and supply chain management
  • Fluency in English language is required to operate across countries in regional level
