This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Participate to the Risk Assessment process, identifying risks and weaknesses and to the preparation of the Annual Audit Program.

  • Perform audits in assigned areas, under the supervision of the audit leader, in accordance with audit programs to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes, and procedures at Eaton operations.

  • Prepare written audit findings and recommendations for discussion with local management.

  • Participate in opening and closing meetings with local and senior management. Document the work papers in a clear, concise, neat, accurate and timely way.       Present Audits outcome in a clear and concise manner.

  • Follow-Up on Management Action Plans and Audit findings remediation.

  • Recognized as an expert for compliance and Internal Controls matters, participate in special projects on an on-the-need basis with under the supervision of the project leader.

  • Work with department head to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of department's processes and practices through the use of Eaton Business System and other relevant Process Improvement tools. Participates to implementation of new processes.

  • Participate to special projects, on an as needed basis.


  • Bachelor’s Degree In accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.

  • 3 to 5 Years Internal or External Audit/Finance Experience ideally in a Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficient in Internal Audit key concepts (RBA, financial audit...).

  • Proven experience in documenting and testing controls
  • Proven experience in Identifying risks and weaknesses and developing audit procedures to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate the risks.

  • Proficient in accounting methods and applicable financial accounting requirements, under US GAAP.

  • Significant exposure to manufacturing, cost accounting, public accounting, …

  • Familiar with common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle and MFG/Pro.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify weaknesses, develop and present recommendations for improvement to local management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make sound recommendations, and to articulate benefits /results to Business Unit goals. Ability to influence process improvement and suggest innovative process solutions.

  • Is organized and delivers expected results and meets deadlines. Reports status and updates to leader/manager. Uses appropriate project tracking / portfolio management tools and accurately accounts for time into portfolio.

  • Understands basic components of project management and is able to break down large tasks into smaller components.

  • Ability to work as a contributor to Team Efforts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Basic Knowledge in IFRS or any relevant Local GAAP.
  • Comfortable with working in multicultural/multilingual environment.

  • Strong English knowledge and master in another Regional language
