Responsible for software development and solution build for new product, new application and existing products modification.
Initial design and technical proposal preparation, including the system concept and design process.
Work with internal and external supplier for application solution and create a clear statement of work.
Performs architecture research and definition, sub-system analysis and programming.
Perform all related tests according to requirements, generate test system and plan, assure all design meet the requirements.
Provide software, application or system technical support to cross function team before and after sale.
Mentor junior engineer.
Responsible for related document and specifications.
Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned.
- BSEE. MSEE is a plus.
At least three years software development experience in power distribution, industrial control or other related area.
Experience in power/energy management, embedded system firmware development experience is a plus.
- Experience in Cloud connection and IoT is a plus.
Good understanding and experiences with software development process, Experience of full product design project life-cycle,
Expert practical knowledge of the Microsoft Windows OS family
Proficient in programming and debugging skills with development experience in C/C++, C#, OPC server
- Software test knowledge required.
Relevant experience working with SQL Server, including operation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Experience with PowerSCADA, EMS, SCADA, HMI design.
Familiar with various communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, BACnet, SNMP, etc
Experience in diagnostics and problem solving for software, networking, databases and overall systems
Advanced expertise in finding hidden bugs and/or troubleshooting software in multi-threaded applications.
Good communication skill, fluent English both in written and oral;
