EHS Manager

This exciting role offers opportunity to:
  • Lead EHS department to make sure site be compliance with related law, regulation and Eaton requirements.

  • Deploy Eaton MESH, LSR and ZISC to enhance site safety culture.

  • Work as the window and coordinator to communicate with corporate, business EHS and other related third party make sure site meet the mandatory requirements.

  • Be responsible for working collaboratively with the cross-function team and corporate functional groups to carry out any EHS program and follow Eaton Business System to address relative working.

  • Develop working/annual plan and target to support plant KPI and prepare annual budget of EHS department.

  • Lead MESH deployment project coach the element champions on technical, plan and implementation.

  • Develop LSR and ZISC to achieve the goal is zero TRCR and DACR.

  • Lead EHS committee work and make sure the important policy to be clear to team and departments.

  • Communicate with corporate and business EHS team and make sure site to be match the mandatory targets.

  • Provide training, management and guidance to EHS engineer. Coordinate the development of engineer and training needs for the department. And Trains subordinates to enhance his/her capability and careers.

  • Develop continuous improvement program to enhance and EHS team. Work closely with other functional departments to gain the target of Eaton Business System.

  • Assigns other tasks from supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7+ years of EHS related experience, at least 3 years of experience at multi-national company.

  • Very familiar with related EHS law, regulation and management system.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational ability.
  • Well management skill on multi-tasks.
