The role of the Labourer is to be conversant with basic labouring duties in general and can be asked to support anywhere within your designated area.
To maintain a safe working environment.
To maintain a high standard of housekeeping as defined by the Eaton standard.
Assist in the movement of materials, consumables, tooling, gauging, etc across the shop floor when required.
Support the Production support team when required.
Assist with Fork lift duties when required if a licence holder.
Participate in the disposal of scrap parts.
Take an active role in improving 5S across the site & participate the 5s scoring process.
Required Skills / Training
Safe disposal of scrap parts
Fork lift operator licence
Good communicator, able to liaise with multiple functions and skill sets
Good level of English and Maths
