Eaton’s Lighting Division is currently seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Peachtree City, GA location.

Position Overview:

The Partner Marketing Program Manager will work closely with channel marketing, commercial finance, graphic designers, and selling teams to program manage, coordinate and implement the tasks associated with identified partner marketing programs.

In this function you will:
  • Lead, develop and program manage distributor/wholesaler marketing program element by driving demand through campaign process development, website portal development, process workflow, implementation, commercialization, tracking and measurement of all requirements through key marketing initiatives.

  • Drive partner development through business/marketing planning and support

  • Collaborate with sales to support annual partner planning with growth structure and approval

  • Manage partner communications content, vehicles and cadence to deliver consistent/relevant information to customer partners

  • Facilitate the thru-partner campaigns that create demand to grow market share

  • Collaborate, analyze, organize and report to measure the effectiveness of all campaigns, merchandising and promotions. Support executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders

  • Project manage the deployment, implementation for partner portal requirements


Eaton has announced it has reached an agreement to sell its Lighting Business to Signify N.V. This transaction is expected to be completed in the first Quarter of 2020 and this position is expected to remain with the Lighting Business and would transfer to Signify N.V. upon close.  The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton’s plans, programs and practices.  If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Lighting Business when the transaction closes, you will be eligible to participate in Signify N.V.’s compensation, health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans and programs and should have no expectations that Signify N.V’s plans and programs will mirror or be substantially similar to Eaton’s.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing program/project management experience in the wholesale/distributor channel in the electrical, industrial, HVAC, or lighting industry products channels

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Peachtree City, GA will be considered.  Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Must be extremely detail oriented, have a deep financial acumen and the ability to foster and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Has demonstrated the coordination and implementation of targeted partnered marketing campaigns with key product positioning, measurable success and incremental growth

  • Passionate for complete customer focus, a strong sense of customer service orientation and the ability to drive and exceed customer expectations.

  • 5 years of experience in the lighting industry preferred with rebate programs and industry buying groups

  • Competency in LED lighting, commercial and industrial products, new product launch and analytical sales effectiveness

  • Graduate degree (e.g.: MBA, Marketing, Business)
