Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Account Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro’s Office.
The Account Coordinator is responsible for provide commercial support for inside sales, order services, manufacturing reps / agents, and customers thorough preparing quotations / proposals and responding to customer order requests.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Provide primary support for proposal and quotation creation
Support order management activities for end customers, distributors and manufacturing agents
Delivering exceptional internal and external Customer Service by meeting or exceeding service level agreement response times on all activities
Identify and implement process improvements
Facilitate proper and efficient information and communication flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations
Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail and accuracy
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to constructively manage and communicate conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution
Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow
Demonstrates understanding of business acumen, including the process, strategy and professional communication
Demonstrates technical knowledge and understanding of products and services
Enter and manage customer courtesy returns in order to meet customer needs
Perform other administrative activities as needed by the business
Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year customer interaction/support experience
Knowledge of CRM software and SAP or VISTA
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Vista, VOTW and Mentor software
Ability to speak, read, listen an write in English
