Eaton’s Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Tanker- 2nd Shift to join our team, pay starting at $20.00/hour, depending on experience. This position is based at our Waukesha (Lincoln Ave), WI facility.
The Tanker is responsible for tank substation and three-phase, pad-mounted transformers, making all necessary connections to brushings, switches, etc.

Locate and move tanks, parts, and covers to assembly area.
Assemble bushings and current transformers to cover or tank as specified.
Mount core and coil in tank and bolts in place, clamp cover in place and makes all electrical connections to bushings, and mount tap changer, switches, current transformers, and vacuum fault interrupters.
Locate and assemble all accessories, such as oil level gauges, thermometer, pressure-vacuum gauge, pressure relief device, etc. to the tank as specified.
Check all lead clearances inside unit and assemble needed spacers and or insulating barriers as required.
Perform resistance testing on small pad-mounted transformers.
VFI, Load break switches.
Read and work off of blueprints and schematics.

High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) from an accredited institution.
Ability to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
1 or more years of electrical experience.
