  • Delivering Cybersecurity work package to each project going through Eaton Product Cybersecurity CoE [PCCoE] across all Phases of Eaton Product Development Lifecycle process – PROLaunch

  • Engaging with various Business & Engineering Leaders across Eaton to review their Project portfolio and maintain the Project pipeline for Cybersecurity Center of Excellence[CCoE]

  • Responsible for evaluating resource requirements versus capacity; allocate the resources based on priority, skills and availability supported by CCoE managers

  • Consistently work towards improving program execution and finding ways to improve efficiency This includes process definition and effective communication of the processes to key stakeholders

  • Monitoring & Documenting Cybersecurity activities, issues, concerns and status to keep management informed and enable timely resolution of Project Cybersecurity issues Creating, managing & optimizing Balance Score Cards, CCoE management Dashboards

  • Participating in the development and use of project management procedures and guidelines at Eaton

  • Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines and enabling CCoE meet it time commitments to its customers

  • Effectively meeting the needs of internal and external customers

  • Providing periodic program updates relating to milestones and problem/high risk areas (eg, schedule)



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution

  • Overall experience of 10-12 years with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing software development projects through a stage gate process

  • Experience of working in all phases of Product Development Lifecycle, Secure Product Development Lifecycle preferred

  • Experience of working on Projects following Agile & Water Fall models.

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed engineering and business teams

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across various management levels.

  • Prior experience of creating, managing & optimizing Balance ScoreCards, Management Dashboards and largescale Program management Dashboards.

  • Experience of managing third party consultants, vendors, suppliers and partners.

  • Working knowledge of threats and mitigations against common software vulnerabilities

  • Excellent communication, organizational and people skills and the ability to work across functional groups.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Desire to managing projects in a fast pace environment

  • Ability to work independently and to follow directions.

  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities.

  • Ability to articulate and promote project management best-practices.

  • Ability to adapt work schedule as needed.
