This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Assist GM to set up Quality Strategy, implement the quality policy and achieve quality objectives.

  • Supervise the implementation of all quality management rules and regulations.

  • Train, develop and improve personnel abilities and skills.

  • Direct the subordinates to handle the quality problems of incoming material, process and customer feedback.

  • Monitors ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management System related work.

  • Responsible for the environmental indicators of the department.

  • Ensure that the environmental regulations and requirements are being implemented effectively within its scope.

  • Coordinate, control and maintain the environmental management system of the department.

  • Identify and correct the unsafe factors in the work, and to give help and support to the factory environment plan.

  • Support the environmental protection work of the environmental coordinator of the department; realize the goal of factory environment through consulting, cooperating and participating with all employees.

  • Supervise the energy and water usage of the department.

  • Manage the solid waste in the department.

  • Take full responsibility for the environmental indicators of the department, and establish an environmental responsibility system of leading level by level within the department.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above degree, 5~8 working  quality experiences in manufacturing industry , at least 3 years experiences in manager role.

  • Understand the production process, characteristic and performance requirements.     

  • Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949 quality system, etc., industry standard.

  • Master the quality control methods and tools, such as quality 7 tools, MSA/ APQP/ FMEA/ SPC/ PPAP.

  • Have the ability to develop, train and assess suppliers.

  • Good communication skill, fluent English both in written and oral.

  • Have the ability to communicate and coordinate, to resist pressure and lead a team.
