Field Service Engineer - Critical Power

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer – Critical Power in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Mascot, NSW, Australia. This exciting role offers the opportunity to:

  • Work with experienced team across several critical industries, including but not limited to Data Centres, Industrial, Medical, and Telcos

  • Have a remarkable customer service skill, as you will be pivotal in the signing of new and retention of existing clients

  • Be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repairing of Power Quality and DC products and systems




  • Must have a valid local driver’s license

  • It will be an advantage if you have current Australian Electrical License, experience working in critical environments and First Aid, working from heights, working in confined spaces and general construction certifications

  • Degree or Certificate in Electrical Engineering

  • 5 years’ experience in a field technician role servicing electrical or power electronics equipment

  • Intermediate PC literacy, including Word, Excel and previous exposure to proprietary software

  • Position is available immediately
