Job Description

Eaton’s Power System division is currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro facility.

The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for generate the annual recruitment and selection strategy. Have the training records available for internal and external audits that ensure organizational as well as legal compliance. Contribute to recruit and select the right talent for the organization. Contribute with the training for all employees.

Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Ensure the accomplishment of the entire selection process; Including interviews, feedback, references and / or research, as well as evaluations required for each position).

  • Generate and send reports corresponding to HR area.

  • Generate new sources of recruitment, agreements or alliances with private, educational and governmental institutions.

  • Follow-up to the Onboarding of new employees.
  • Promote the organizational culture of the company.

  • Motivate employees to maintain the desired levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality, through the effective use of bonuses and recognition channels that the company has.

  • Implement, promote and maintain a safe work environment, through the implementation of a culture of accident prevention, investigation, maintenance and rule enforcement equipment, as well as the identification, control and management of risks and hazards in the Department.

  • Communicate in a timely manner issues related to the area of Organizational Development.

  • Participate in the coordination of company events.

  • Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with Eaton’s Policies.

  • Responsible to provide in all area personnel with appropriate training

  • Participate in ERG´s process.
