  • Must meet the monthly order booking, Billing & Collection target as per the Budget assigned.
  • Should be well Equipped with Prospect, order Booking, Billing & Collection Management.
  • Work on all AR & reduce the Outstanding Month after month & bring down the DSO.
  • Must be technically competent to support field queries on service sales requirement on battery sizing, monitoring solutions.
  • Prepare the Annual Business plan based on Install Base & Available opportunity.
  • Maintain all records of the Quotes submitted & track for order closure.
  • Ensure all the AMC Contracts are renewed in time with proper tracking mechanism
  • Work on getting required GP in all order with a clear agreement meeting all statutory requirements.
  • Handle Service tenders for AMC, Battery & spares.
  • Meet 3-4 ASP /Customer per day to ensure prospect generation.
  • Monthly /Quarterly Service Audit at ASP location to ensure no leakage in business.
  • Plan and ensure that our contractual commitments are met in the region for customer installations and after sales service.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction for the assigned product line and customers in the region.
  • Extensive travel across the region assigned to keep the customer relationship.
  • Keep a record of all the ASP, customer list with the Hierarchy mapped

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree is highly desirable.
  • Process oriented and customer focused individual with a drive to provide highest level of field service sales.
  • Must have 4 to 6 yrs. of experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
