As a Toolmaker you will be part of a small team responsible for the repair, maintenance and examination of all types of injection mould and metal press tooling.


You will be required to work 39 hours per week over two shifts.

Your key deliverables :

  • You will have completed a recognised apprenticeship in tool-making and achieved the relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, BTEC, ONC or NVQ equivalent). 
  • You will need to be customer-focused, a good team worker and take pride in the quality of the work you produce promoting safety and efficiency at all times.

Qualifications

Required:

  • B.TEC ONC or equivalent.    
  • Recognised apprenticeship training programme.
  • Abrasive wheels regulations.
  • Health and Safety at work.
 
Desired:
  • Formal engineering qualification
