Overall Asia quality management (supplier quality, quality system, customer quality)
Work with each plants to make sure the operation to run to meet quality certification request
Work with sourcing team to setup vendor quality assessment system and vendor quality improvement
Work with each plant on quality metrics review and drive improvement (COND, DPPM, Customer complaints...)
Customer complaints handling
Lead plant Application engineering team for customer order drawing execution within production team
1. Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other related discipline.
2. Experience: >10 years of experience in a quality management field with multiple site quality management experience3. Requirements: Strong continuous improvement sense, strong team working with cross-function team, customer focus concept
