HR Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a HR Analyst in São Palo – SP.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Performance management and development planning at all levels

  • Participate in Organizational Capability Analysis and execution of related action plans

  • Oversee site human resources development and training programs including development, execution, and tracking of training

  • Participate in the management of compensation and benefits: including salary administration, proposing merit adjustments, participating in surveys, and conducting compensation analysis

  • HRMS entries and reporting, maintaining employee records, management of short and long-term disability for all support organizations, on boarding of new hires, coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation and exit interviews

  • Track key HR metrics in accordance with site and division key business objectives

Qualifications

Education / Experience required to meet position qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  • Experience in a HR generalist position

  • Experience with all HR subsystems, especially development, employee survey and metrics analysis

  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Power Point

  • Advanced English

  • Ability to drive results

  • Conflict management

  • Ability to work with different cultures and needs

Education / Experience desirable to meet position qualifications:

  • Spanish knowledge

  • Experience with Sales incentives calculation
