Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Leader Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness Mexico to join our team. This position is based at our Santa Fe, México City's office. It can also be located at our Querétaro's Office.
The Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness (TMOE) manager leads Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Early Talent, and Learning in Mexico.

The TMOE Manager is responsible, partnering with the business TMOE leaders, for developing, aligning and delivering an integrated talent and organization effectiveness strategy aligned to the specific challenges of Mexico. This entails:
Providing a range of partnering services to executive leaders and senior management and determining the right talent and organizational tools/support to sustain a high performance & development-oriented organization either personally leading the solution or facilitating the solution through others.
Working collaboratively across businesses to ensure talent and organizational effectiveness processes meet the talent needs of the businesses and Eaton functions to drive continuous improvement of organizational performance.
Helping to operationalize and optimize a shift in culture required to support future growth expectations and operational excellence.
Using predictive analytics to support strategic talent decisions and measure effectiveness of talent solutions deployed. Has an eye to external trends and builds effective networks to benchmark and ensure current thinking.
Some activities related with the position will be:
Collaborates with Global and Sector TMOE Leadership to ensure alignment and successful implementation and execution of TMOE strategies and processes providing action-oriented measurement of progress and outcomes.
Works with divisions and key HR and business leaders to accelerate successful leadership transitions as an advisor throughout preparation, onboarding, assimilation and early transition phases.
Leads the Mexico talent review processes across businesses to strengthen talent pipeline (includes action plans), generate candidate slates for consideration of SB10+ roles and provide input for functional talent councils and pathway roles at the Americas and Enterprise level Aligning with the enterprise Early Talent team, leads the Mexico Leadership Development Programs and Intern programs for university students, and all activities aimed at strengthening the early talent pipeline.
Understands and leverages best practices in TMOE across all businesses.
Helps to operationalize new cultural requirements such as leadership capabilities and advises businesses on tools and programs to drive cultural change.
Provides coaching, facilitation and team development in consultation with executive leaders and HR leaders to implement organization improvement initiatives and foster organizational learning.
Defines a learning strategy for the country aligned with business goals and future vision, by assessing needs with senior leaders and aligning with Enterprise Learning strategy.
Oversees the performance development, Organization Capability Assessment and employee listening processes and guides on country level analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Guides TMOE efforts for start-ups and M&A actions ensuring business run teams have strong action plans to focus on talent and culture outcomes.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development from an accredited institution a plus
Minimum of 10 years in Organizational Development or Human Resources with direct experience in talent management.
Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures
Strategy development and implementation of executive talent management plans.
Organizational design, change management, succession management, talent assessment, talent development, organizational performance, leadership and executive development, coaching and facilitation.
Demonstrated experience developing business partnerships with cross-functional leadership to achieve results
Strong analytics experience and strategic thinking
Strong influence and communication skills
Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing managers (at all levels)
