Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor - Marketing to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro´s Office.


The Customer Service Supervisor - Marketing  is responsible for Provide direction and manage day to day functions of the EatonCare Service Center located in Queretaro, Mexico. This position must also work closely with support management in the various EatonCare support locations.

Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Lead day to day activities within the EatonCare Service Center team of Marketing and Sales employees working in the ECSC

  • Develop effective relationship with USA team that they’re supporting

  • Drive productivity within the group by utilizing electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth

  • Driving the team to have quality interactions with customers and US counterparts to drive long term business growth

  • Develop, and retain top quality sales and marketing employees, who excel at providing customer value through the execution of the sales and marketing processes, commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers

  • Gain a deep understanding of the businesses supported so that this position becomes the escalation point for the team

  • Training employees and coordinating training for employees on the essential functions of the position

  • Set expectations for the team
  • Communicate with the customers as necessary
  • Other duties, projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution required.

  • Minimum 3 years manager of people experience

  • Minimum 5 years customer support or interaction experience

  • High Ability to speak, write, and read English (100% English fluency)

  • Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience developing marketing programs
  • Customer facing / web digital tool experience
  • Analytical tool and reporting experience (SAS, SPSS, Excel, Power BI, and Access, etc)

  • US channel/sales market experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
