  • Overall manage the service team, planning and executing the department assignment

  • Coaching, coordinating service engineer's job, including installation, testing, on site issues solving and technical support

  • Handling customer complaint and suggestion, maintain customer relationship

  • Following and analysis product quality issues, and feedback to quality department in time, updating the training materials for different products.

  • Oversee value added sales service order target, solving site remaining issue, supporting cash collection

  • Set up the reasonable goals for department staff, training and evaluating the working process, working responsibility and working skills

  • Manage daily affairs, including service assignment, re-build project and resource integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • 8 years or above, strong English ability
  • Experience in dealing with product field issues and customer communication switchgear industry

  • Familiar with the primary and secondary drawings of switchgear or components
