  • Configures and installs Personal Computers, software, and peripherals.
  • Analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs malfunctioning hardware and software requiring hands-on work.

  • Reviews Corporate policies and standards regularly and ensures compliance with all such guidelines.

  • Interacts directly with internal customers and maintains the highest degree of customer service.

  • Instructs users in a one-on-one role on PC hardware, software, and proprietary systems.

  • Participates in supporting IT projects conducted within their area of responsibility.

  • Maintains issue and resolution information within the Service Desk database.

  • Maintains modern technical skills through education and certification programs.

  • Contributes to the base of IT knowledge through documenting and updating internal procedures.

  • Performs any other duties as directed by management.


  • Technical certification in PC and/or network support technologies.

  • One to three years practical experience configuring, installing, and supporting PC hardware.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • Analytical, systematic approach to problem recognition and resolution
