Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking an EHS Supervisor to join our team. This position is based in Cuautitlan
The EHS Supervisor supports environmental, health and safety efforts at the site. Individual is accountable for: supporting EHS activities at his/her assignment area, including: maintaining EHS systems and processes such as monitoring and measurement systems, reporting and communication of EHS metrics, collection and organization of EHS action items, supporting EHS training initiatives, leading and supporting EHS teams, leads / supports incident investigations, supporting security processes for C-TPAT/ OEA certification and supports site internal assessment activities.
The EHS Supervisor will be also responsible of:
Assist with the implementation of MESH (Management System of Environmental, Safety, Security and Health) and will utilize MESH tools to drive improvements.
Supports and insure risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects.
Supports and insure tracking of appropriate leading and lagging indicators to track EHS performance.
Supports and insure tracking and accomplishment of EHS goals for the site.
Supports and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout site.
Supports and insure EHS engagement through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
Works with EHS Manager and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations applicable to Site Operations. Insure close findings in time according EATON requirements.
Supports efforts for third party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton’s EHS program as world class (Clean Industry, PASST).
Provides support on using established EHS data processes such as MESH Prism to manage data.
Supports and insure efforts to ensure and track that all key EHS operational controls are in place, on a PM program, and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.
Support and insure security processes for C-TPAT/ OEA certification
Implement actions to reduce the quantity of incidents, make analysis and tendencies to take actions to reduce the TRCR.
Develop projects to reduce risks, improve metrics, waste reductions.

Ability to conduct training
3-5 Years of experience in the EHS Field
Associate Degree four (4) year degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent.
Bilingual Spanish - English
