Job Title:  Stator Assembler




Reporting to:  Team Leader                                                                                        Responsible For:  None




Department:  Actuators




Job Summary: 


To assemble parts in accordance with drawing and quality requirements




Key responsibilities


·         Assembly

·         Testing

·         Soldering (training available)

·         Check accuracy of parts using appropriate measuring tools

·         Take corrective action to rectify errors

·         Cover and adapt to work in different areas as required

·         Application of lean principles/tools, 5s, TPM, Error proofing etc

·         Assist in achieving and improving process times




Experience Required:


·         Knowledge of basic shop floor measurement techniques

·         Knowledge of LEAN / 5S / Seven Wastes etc

·         Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Instructions

·         Training will be provided




Qualifications required


·         GCSE’s preferred
