As Channel Sales Team Leader (Panel Builders & Distributors), you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets working for Distribution, Panel Building, Projects and Retail businesses

 

Your key deliverables:

  • Responsible for meeting the goals and objectives set by the company
  • Working closely with existing channels
  • Developing new channels, generating demand through channels and creating sell out
  • Helping promote Eaton brand name across different segments in the Market

Qualifications

Are you?
Required:

  • Electrical engineering graduate with vast experience in Channel Management in Saudi Arabia working with Panel Builders, Distributors and OEMs 
  • Excellent technical background knowledge in solutions for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems and Industrial Control Products, with a proven track record in sales management
  • Experienced in managing a team of Panel Builders, Distributors, OEMs
  • Experienced in people management and providing coaching and mentorship to team members internally
  • Sound knowledge of relevant market segments in Saudi Arabia in terms of customers / end users
  • Able to provide strategic contribution to Channel Sales strategy of the company in KSA & Bahrain
  • A team player with strong presentation skills and high result orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally fluent in English and Arabic
